These terms apply to enquiries and purchases made through this website with Indiralaxmi Vignesh Ltd, trading as Hale Clinic, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 10939787, whose registered office is at 4 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PB, contactable at sales@haleandhealthy.co.uk. Hale and Healthy is a trading name of Indiralaxmi Vignesh Ltd.
About the products
The chambers are sold as wellbeing equipment. They are not medical devices, and they are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether a chamber is suitable for you, and for seeking medical advice if you are unsure.
Prices and quotes
Prices are given on request. Any quote we provide is valid for 30 days, and the final price is confirmed in writing before you order. Quotes will state whether the price includes VAT. [TK: confirm whether prices are quoted inclusive or exclusive of VAT.]
Ordering
Sending an enquiry is not an order. A contract is formed only when you accept our written quote and we confirm your order. Payment terms are [TK: confirm, for example a deposit on order with the balance due before delivery].
Delivery and installation
We deliver and install to the address set out in your quote. Timing is confirmed with the quote and depends on the model. You are responsible for providing safe access, a suitable space and a suitable power supply, which we will confirm with you before delivery.
Title and risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our liability
You must use the chamber in line with the manufacturer's instructions and the guidance we provide. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
