Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The warranty below sits on top of these rights and does not replace them.
Cancelling a distance purchase
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel goods bought online. However, goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised are exempt from this right. As the chambers are configured and built to your order, this cancellation right does not usually apply once a build has begun. [TK: confirm the scope of this exemption with a UK solicitor.]
Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your chamber arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Warranty
The rigid steel range carries a warranty of up to three years covering the chamber and its main components. The warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow the instructions. Full warranty terms are provided with your quote and on delivery.
How to make a claim
Email sales@haleandhealthy.co.uk with your order details and a description of the problem. We will arrange inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate.
