This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you use this website. Hale and Healthy is a trading name of Indiralaxmi Vignesh Ltd, which also trades as Hale Clinic. This policy is written to comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the details you include in your message, and a record of your consent to this policy. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data such as your IP address for security and performance. We do not collect any special category data (such as health information) through this website.
Our lawful basis
We respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote on the basis of our legitimate interest in dealing with people who contact us about our chambers. If you go on to place an order, we process your information to perform our contract with you. Where you opt in to updates about our products, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
How we store it
Enquiry submissions are captured and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., and are accessible only to us. Your data is transferred to the United States under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Who we share it with
We never sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only where it is needed to fulfil your order, for example with the delivery or installation partner handling your chamber, and with the providers that run our website and forms (Netlify, Inc.).
How long we keep it
Enquiry submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then securely deleted. If your enquiry leads to an order, your details are retained for the duration of the order and for 24 months afterwards, to allow for delivery, warranty and any follow-up, then securely deleted.
How we protect your data
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS and TLS) across the website, secure form handling through Netlify's infrastructure, and limited access to personal data within our organisation. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email sales@haleandhealthy.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month, as required by law.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Netlify) so the website functions correctly. These are strictly necessary and do not track you. We do not operate a cookie banner because we use no non-essential cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and the website.
Children
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our form, contact sales@haleandhealthy.co.uk and we will delete it promptly.
